UX Research recommended that a cash advance product would be the ideal solution for both the customer and business needs.
The org formed a product team comprised of partners from UX/Research, product, engineering, and operations.
With only 4 months for product development, the team determined key flows, conducted research sessions, designed for multiple platforms, and delivered on time.
Since its launch in Dec 2020, 51% adoption and +140,000 advances taken.
